1) On Campus Accommodation
The University of Waterloo offers accommodation on campus at the
UW Conference Centre in Ron Eydt Village. The centre is situated
on the west side of the campus, a 10 minute walk to the MC building,
where the conference will be held. Accommodations include single
and double rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Guests also have
access to the TV lounge on each floor, weight room, internet cafe
and games room.
Conference rate approx. $45.00/night Single Occupancy and $31.50/night
per person Double Occupancy plus 11% tax.

Reservation Guarantee/Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card
or advance
deposit, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Guaranteed
Reservations are held for arrival until 12:00am on the day following
the first night, after which the credit card will be charged for
one nights accommodation and tax. Advance deposits are refundable
if notice of cancellation is received before 4pm the date of arrival.
Delegates should note and retain cancellation numbers quoted to
them by the Reservation Agent at the time of making the cancellation.
Cancellations for individual reservations will be accepted prior
to 4pm the date of arrival.

By Car To reach the University of Waterloo by car:
- From Highway 401, take exit 278B (coming from London) or 278
(coming from Toronto)
- Follow Highway 8 West to Highway 85 North (formerly 86 North)
- Waterloo
- Take the exit University Avenue West
- Follow University Avenue for 3km - campus will be on your right
after the railroad tracks
- Distance from Highway 401 to campus is approximately 18 km.
- Stop at the UW entrance kiosk for parking information and directions.
Visitor parking is available near the main entrance.

Waterloo is serviced by VIA
Rail at the Kitchener
Station. For travelers coming from the US, there is connecting
service to VIA from Amtrak.
From the direction of Detroit or Chicago, service is relatively
direct. From the direction of New York, service goes though Toronto,
and is quite indirect.
By Bus
Waterloo is serviced by Greyhound
Bus Lines Kitchener Station. For travelers coming from the US,
Greyhound USA offers connections to Greyhound Canada.
Local Bus
Local bus service is provided by Grand
River Transit (GRT) and covers the cities of Waterloo, and Kitchener.
The Charles St. Transit Terminal is near both the Greyhound and
VIA stations, and provides several routes to the University of Waterloo.
