OVERVIEW:
The goals of the Workshop are:
• to highlight current first-rate research in Lie Theory and
its Applications
• to foster collaboration between researchers in this area
• to provide opportunity for young Ontario researchers to meet
and exchange ideas with the world leaders in the field of Lie Theory
• to give opportunity for post-doctoral fellows and senior
graduate students present their work
Structure of the workshop.
There will be approximately 12 one-hour
talks, over 3 days, leaving time for informal discussions and collaborations
of the participants. The final programme, however, will be specified
only during the Workshop.
If you are willing to give a talk, please send a title/abstract
before February 15, 2010 to billig@math.carleton.ca.
