Joint Meeting Between The Waterloo Summer School for Women in Math and The Fields Undergraduate Summer Research program

Overview

This small event brought together 40 students from two prestigious summer programs in mathematics with the hope of facilitating connections between young mathematicians. The students were given a brief history of the Fields Institute by Deputy Director Matheus Grasselli, and heard from professionals on different applications of mathematics and statistics.
