The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences in partnership with Ryerson University’s Office of the Vice President, Research and Innovation invite you to attend an AR/VR Event and Reception. This unique opportunity will showcase Fields-Ryerson research initiatives and projects.
With the increasing technology developments and applications for AR/VR and Mixed Reality, including developments and issues across creative, technical and emerging fields, this event will help you find synergies for future collaborations, expertise, and programs that can enhance your organization’s ability to maximize the benefits from your R&D efforts.

The event will begin at 5pm with a welcome from Pawel Pralat of Ryerson University and the Fields Institute. From 5:15-6:15 we will have presentations from confirmed presenters followed by networking until 7pm.
Please join us at the Fields Atrium to hear from Faculty across various disciplines undertaking AR/VR and Mixed Reality related research and for an opportunity to network with other R&D Professionals within the AR/VR sector. Industry Professionals who opt to present will provide a description of their company’s expertise and challenges. Fields and Ryerson staff, as well as representatives from funding agencies, will be on hand to answer any questions.
