The CRM-Fields-PIMS prize is the premier mathematics prize in Canada. The winners receive a monetary award, and an invitation to present a lecture at each institute during the academic year following the award. The prize recognizes exceptional achievement in the mathematical sciences. The winner of the 2018 CRM - Fields - PIMS Prize is Professor Jeremy Quastel of the University of Toronto.
