“Data Science in Industry” is a day of presentations on September 28, 2018 concluding the week-long workshop “Statistical Inference, Learning and Models for Data Science”, 24 - 27, 2018. At this event we will hear from industry leaders, industry researchers, academics, educators, and start-ups about the challenges faced by industry in the data science space, and the rapidly advancing training efforts being developed locally. This event will also serve as a meet-up for researchers and companies to explore projects of mutual interest.
