This annual conference provides an important platform for people, including leading Canadian (and international) queueing theorists, applied probabilists, scientists, researchers, engineers and students, to disseminate their new research findings, to discuss work-in-progress, and to encourage discussions on on-going research, work-in-progress and new initiatives within and also across interdisciplinary research areas. In particular, the event would appeal to graduate students and postdoctoral fellows from Ontario and across Canada, who would benefit from the presence of a number of leading experts in the area.
