The Fields Institute has learned that scammers operating under the names of Housing Services (EHS) & Exhibitor Housing Management (EHM), and Business Travel Management (BTM), and other similar names are targeting our guests, speakers, and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking schemes. 

These scammers have been soliciting conference speakers and guests and falsely claiming it has been authorized by the Fields Institute to book travel and accommodations. They will then make one or more of the following claims to solicit your credit card information:

·       There is an issue with your hotel reservation

·       The hotel rates have changed and/or rooms are running out and must be booked

·        Hotel rooms can only be booked through EHS or EHM or another similarly named company

·        Hotel rooms are sold out and they will help find alternative accommodations

These claims are designed to fraudulently obtain your credit information. Do not respond to them.
