The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program
Sheridan College is currently on a journey to becoming a university, and already offers 23 degrees in a variety of programs and faculties. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program has five streams: Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Supply Chain Management. It gives opportunities for college students who have completed a diploma, direct entry students from secondary schools, and individuals returning to college from the workforce, to improve their credentials and their career prospects by completing a degree. Sheridan College also has a mix of domestic and international students, the majority of whom come from Southeast Asia. This diverse demographic creates unique challenges with respect to students’ mathematics background and their ability to be successful in the core mandatory BBA mathematics courses. This presentation will offer an overview of the BBA degree and its core mathematics courses.
