A Bespoke AI for Ontario Math Educators: Design, Use and Future
The OAME began a trial project last summer to create an AI Chat Service that produces responses with the Mission and Vision of the organization clearly in mind. Through the use of their 50-year-deep catalog of journals, their policies and math-ed products, they've formed a lens on AI that provides teachers with an Ontario-focused response to their pedagogical questions and task requests. A brief overview of that development process, a quick reflection on the success (& challenges) of current teachers' use, and experimentation of the service by participants will comprise our short time together.
