Engaging school learners in computational thinking, maker space and design thinking experiences is of current interest to educators, teachers and governments. In this presentation, we report on a collaboration that has taken place in the past 3 years, among teachers in TVDSB and researchers at Western in which we have implemented and researched Computational Thinking and Maker Space experiences of learners Grades 3 to 8. The presentation is going to focus on research findings and lessons learned.
