I will discuss several notions generalizing the concept of geometrically finite Kleinian groups.

These include relatively Anosov actions and actions satisfying a version of the hyperbolicity condition introduced by Dennis Sullivan. This allows for actions of relatively hyperbolic groups and even of lattices in higher rank Lie groups. The talk is based on my work with Bernhard Leeb and with Sungwoon Kim and Jaejeong Lee.
