This course will cover dynamic mathematical modelling of biological process at the cellular level. The second half of the course will treat neural networks, i.e., the networks of the brain and the nervous system which are responsible for an organism’s interaction with the environment. The focus will be on biophysical modelling of single neurons and neural networks.
