We will consider laminations by hyperbolic Riemann surfaces, and different measures that can be associated with these objects (holonomy-invariant measures, harmonic measures, measures invariant under the geodesic and horocycle flows). We will state some results that show how these measures are related. We will mainly focus on two families of examples: Riccati foliations and Hilbert modular foliations.
