Some new results about hyperbolic Hénon maps

Abstract:
In this talk I will advertise the fact that a lot is yet to be understood about the dynamics of uniformly hyperbolic polynomial automorphisms of $\mathbb{C}^2$. In particular I will discuss a number of new hyperbolicity criteria, as well as the structure theory of the Julia set of hyperbolic mappings.
