A lot of problems in quantum walks can be viewed as transferring states to some precision. In this talk, we discuss various forms (perfect/pretty good/near enough) of state transfer in discrete quantum walks, and how they translate into spectral properties of some Hermitian adjacency matrix of the underlying graph.
