Abstract:
In this talk, we will start by reviewing the Dynamical Sampling problem, and also we will state the Observability Problem. The second one comes from the field of Control Theory. At an expository level, we will address some relationships to establish a dictionary between these problems. Finally, taking advantage of the connections, we will mention a strategy that will give rise to an algorithm for approximating the initial state of a dynamical system by knowing certain noisy observations or measurements. This will be expanded in the talk of Dr. Ivan Medri.
