Abstract:
The panel will discuss ways in which Canada can reverse an apparent innovation decline (based on OECD metrics), and take up a leading role for scientific and technological innovation in the future. Mathematical sciences have a key role to play in Canada’s competitive advantage, and the panel will explore (possibly divergent) views from a panel of innovators, business leaders and researchers.
