This is a continuation of the talk by Gal Binyamini. We demonstrate the effectivity of classical results of $o$-minimal structures like e.g stratification in the sharply $o$-minimal setting. We will pay special attention to an effective and cylindrical version of the Yomdin Gromov Algebraic Lemma.
