I will introduce an evolutional model of Young diagrams, which conserves the area, and then state a conjecture concerning the hydrodynamic limit for the related particle system. As a step to prove such conjecture, the equivalence of ensembles under a spatially inhomogeneous conditioning is shown. The relation of our result to the so-called Vershik curve will be discussed.
